One-off projects. For work & life.

You've got
better things
to be doing.

There are things that need doing. That doesn't mean you need to do them.

We take your unfinished projects, untidy problems and “I'll get round to it” plans and get them sorted.

What can you hand over?

The things taking up
space in your head.

A business process that lives in someone's memory. A family photo book that lives in your intentions. If it has a finish line, let's talk about getting it there.

From “I really should” to “that's done”

A proper handover.
Not another thing to manage.

01

Tell us the thing

What needs doing, what good looks like, and when you need it. You don’t need to know how to get there.

02

Agree the plan

We agree what’s included, what the finished result will look like and a fixed project price. You know exactly what you’re handing over.

03

Consider it in hand

We get on with it, keep you in the loop and hand over the finished work. With the loose ends tied up.

Properly thought through.
Properly finished.

Handing something over should leave you with something better: clear information, considered decisions and a finished result you can confidently use.

We take care over the detail, agree what a good outcome looks like and see the project through to a clear handover.

A new name.
Years of getting things done.

Over To Us might be a new name, but the work behind it isn’t. Here are a few projects Ellie has handled over the years.

For business

From scattered knowledge to a proper handbook

Policies, processes and company knowledge were scattered across documents, emails and people’s heads. Ellie documented how the business actually worked and turned the information into clear, practical handbooks and how-to guides the team could use day to day.

For business

Getting recruitment off someone’s desk

A small business needed to grow its team, with little time to manage recruitment. Ellie took ownership of the process, from defining roles and preparing adverts to coordinating candidates, interviews, offer paperwork and onboarding administration.

For you

A project worth remembering

Hundreds of photographs told the story of a property’s transformation. Ellie organised them by area and stage, developed a considered narrative and brought it all together in a professionally produced book documenting the transformation.

Discretion comes with the territory. These examples come from Ellie’s experience before Over To Us. They’re deliberately anonymised to protect the homes, businesses, people and information involved.

What's still on your list?

A clear brief is lovely. A slightly rambling explanation is fine too.

A capable pair of hands

Good at the messy bit.
Better at finishing it.

Over To Us was founded by Ellie, bringing years of experience in law, operations, personal assistance, HR and systems.

Your project will be handled professionally and confidentially. We know that handing over the details of your work or personal life is a matter of trust.

The common thread? Working out what needs to happen, making a plan, and seeing it through.
