When you send an enquiry

We collect your name, email address and the project information you choose to provide. We use it to assess your request, communicate with you and prepare a proposal. Our lawful basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract. For general correspondence and protecting this website, we rely on legitimate interests.

Where your information goes

Enquiries are stored in the website’s hosted database and sent to our business email inbox. Resend processes enquiry details to deliver these email notifications, and Microsoft 365 provides our email service. Hosting and infrastructure providers, including OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare, process information to operate and secure the service. We do not sell enquiry data or add you to marketing lists. We share project information with a specialist only where necessary and discussed with you, or where the law requires it.

How long we keep it

For enquiries that do not become projects, our intended retention period is up to 12 months after the last contact, unless a dispute or legal obligation requires longer. If you become a client, we will explain project-specific processing and retention when we agree the work.

Your choices and rights

You can ask to access or correct your data, request deletion or restriction, object to processing based on legitimate interests and, where applicable, request a portable copy. These rights depend on the circumstances. To make a request, use our enquiry form, putting “Privacy request” in the project field. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.

Cookies and hosting

This site does not add advertising cookies, analytics or third-party embeds. Hosting providers may use essential cookies and technical logs for security, access and delivery. The private review version requires the hosting platform’s sign-in. We do not store form drafts in your browser.

A note about this first version

This notice covers the website enquiry journey. Before public launch, our direct privacy contact, business correspondence address, provider transfer arrangements and retention procedure will be confirmed and this notice updated.
