For business / Practical projects, properly finished

It needs doing.
You can hand it over.

You don’t need another permanent pair of hands for every problem. Sometimes you need someone to take one project, work it out, and finish it.

Tell us what needs sorting

Things you could hand over

01

People & HR projects

Recruitment drives, onboarding, offboarding, policies, procedures and employee handbooks.

What this can include: People & HR projects
  • Recruitment drives

Take a vacancy from “we need someone” through the advert, candidate management, interview coordination, offer paperwork and onboarding.

  • Policies, procedures & handbooks

Employee handbooks, company policies, internal procedures and the documents a growing business suddenly realises it should have.

  • Onboarding & offboarding

Build the process, checklists, documentation and responsibilities so joining or leaving isn’t chaos.

02

Processes & how-tos

SOPs, internal handbooks, process documentation, handovers and getting important knowledge out of people’s heads and onto paper.

What this can include: Processes & how-tos
  • How-to guides & knowledge libraries

Turn everything currently living in someone’s head into usable guides, SOPs and internal resources.

  • Handover projects

Someone important is leaving and half the business lives in their head? Extract it, document it and build a proper handover.

  • Process improvement

Take a clunky “we’ve always done it this way” process, map what’s happening and build something more sensible.

  • Templates & document suites

Standard letters, forms, checklists, meeting templates, reports, trackers and branded internal documents.

  • Business continuity / key-person organisation

Organise the information a business needs so work can continue when a key person is unavailable.

03

Systems & organisation

New systems, digital filing, inboxes, workflows, trackers and fixing the things that have evolved into organised chaos.

What this can include: Systems & organisation
  • Systems implementation & overhaul

Research, select, set up or reorganise systems for managing work, information and teams.

  • Inbox & email overhaul

Shared inboxes, folder structures, rules, permissions and processes for handling incoming communication.

  • Digital filing & document management

Sort out the SharePoint, OneDrive or Google Drive nightmare and create a structure people can actually understand.

  • Business information clean-up

Contacts, spreadsheets, databases, duplicated records and scattered information brought into order.

  • Project trackers & dashboards

Build practical ways of seeing what’s happening, who’s responsible and what’s outstanding.

04

Team & resource coordination

Rotas, scheduling, fleet organisation, training records, suppliers and all the moving parts somebody needs to keep track of.

What this can include: Team & resource coordination
  • Rotas, scheduling & coordination

Design a workable system for staff scheduling, resources, locations and responsibilities.

  • Fleet organisation

Vehicle records, insurance, MOTs, servicing, finance agreements, fuel cards, drivers and renewal tracking.

  • Compliance organisation

Bring together certificates, insurance, training records, licences, renewal dates and supporting documentation into one manageable system. This is records organisation, not legal or health and safety advice.

  • Supplier & contractor management systems

Organise supplier records, contracts, insurance, contact information, reviews and documentation.

  • Office moves & setups

Coordinate suppliers, IT, furniture, utilities, equipment, logistics, inventories and the miscellaneous bits nobody wants to own.

  • Company events / team projects

Defined internal events, away days, training days or company initiatives that need somebody to coordinate them.

05

Research & implementation

Need new software, a supplier, a process or a solution to a problem? We’ll research the options, make sense of them and help put the chosen solution into practice.

What this can include: Research & implementation
  • Software research & setup

“We know we need a better system but have no idea which one.” Research options, compare them and coordinate implementation.

  • Research projects

Suppliers, software, premises, services, competitors, options or other business decisions where someone needs to do the legwork properly.

06

The operational headache

That project everyone agrees needs sorting, but nobody has the time to actually own.

What this can include: The operational headache
  • Client experience projects

Onboarding packs, welcome information, project updates, completion packs, gifting processes and other client touchpoints.

  • Tender / proposal coordination

Pull together information, documents and submissions for defined opportunities.

  • The random operational nightmare

“We’ve got this problem and nobody internally has the time to sort it.” We agree the scope and the finish line, then take ownership of the project.

Not quite sure which box yours fits into?

It probably doesn’t need one. Tell us what’s going on.

Over to us.

Where a project needs legal, regulated or specialist advice, we agree that input separately. HR documentation support does not replace legal advice.

Professional. Discreet. Considered.

Your business.
In careful hands.

Handing over a project can mean sharing sensitive business information. We understand the responsibility that comes with that.

We work professionally and confidentially. We only ask for the information we need, agree how access and documents will be handled, and keep you in control of important decisions.

Confidentiality forms part of our project agreement. If specialist help is needed, we agree their involvement and what information they need before sharing it.

How we handle your information

Business project support.
Across the UK.

We help owner-managed businesses with defined business and operations projects, from recruitment administration and handbooks to digital filing, systems and research. Much of the work can be handled remotely, wherever your team is based.

We’re rooted between Warwickshire, Worcestershire and the Cotswolds. When a project needs us in person, we agree attendance and travel with you before work begins.

From “I really should” to “that's done”

A proper handover.
Not another thing to manage.

01

Tell us the thing

What needs doing, what good looks like, and when you need it. You don’t need to know how to get there.

02

Agree the plan

We agree what’s included, what the finished result will look like and a fixed project price. You know exactly what you’re handing over.

03

Consider it in hand

We get on with it, keep you in the loop and hand over the finished work. With the loose ends tied up.

A few useful answers.

How much does a project cost?

We quote a fixed project price after understanding the work, the outcome and the deadline. Any third-party costs are identified separately. Nothing starts until you’ve agreed the scope and price.

What if I don’t know exactly what I need?

Start with the problem. We’ll help define what a useful finished outcome looks like before quoting. If more detailed discovery is needed, we’ll agree that with you first.

Can you help in person?

Many projects can be done remotely across the UK. We’re based between Warwickshire, Worcestershire and the Cotswolds; attendance and travel are agreed where a project needs them.

Is this ongoing PA support?

Our focus is a defined project with an end point. We agree what’s included, how we’ll keep in touch and what you’ll receive when it’s finished.

What's still on your list?

A clear brief is lovely. A slightly rambling explanation is fine too.
