Over To Us is a trading name of Ellie Burrows, a UK sole trader also trading as Elite Personal Assistance. It is not a limited company.

An enquiry is a conversation

Sending a form does not create a service agreement or commit you to buying anything. We assess the project before confirming whether we can take it on.

Scope and price

Before work starts, we agree the deliverables, responsibilities, timetable, fixed project price and payment terms in writing. Supplier costs, purchases and travel are identified separately. Changes to the agreed scope are discussed and priced before additional work is undertaken.

Specialist work

Research, coordination and documentation support do not constitute legal, tax, investment or other regulated professional advice. Where a project needs a qualified specialist, we agree how that input will be obtained.

Your project agreement

Project-specific terms will cover confidentiality, intellectual property, cancellation, any applicable consumer cancellation rights and other relevant arrangements. They will be provided before you agree to proceed. This page is an overview, not the full service contract.
