For you / A little more room for life

Your list.
Our next project.

For the photographs, plans, paperwork and good intentions you’d love to see finished. Hand over the legwork. Keep the part you’re looking forward to.

  • Milestone projects

  • Travel research & planning

Researching complex trips, itineraries, accommodation, transport and experiences. Any booking coordination is separately assessed and agreed before proceeding.

06

The random one

That slightly unusual project you’ve been meaning to sort but aren’t even sure who you’d ask.

What this can include: The random one
  • The thing you’ve been putting off

The unusual, fiddly or time-consuming project sitting on your list because you don’t know where to start. If it has a defined end point, tell us about it.

Something else entirely?

Some of our favourite projects don’t fit neatly into a category. If there’s something taking up your time, sitting on your list or making you think “I really need to sort that…”, tell us about it.

Over to us.

Printing, gifts, suppliers and other purchases are agreed separately before we commit any spending.

Professional. Discreet. Considered.

Your life is personal.
We treat it that way.

Handing over a project can mean sharing private paperwork, personal information and details of your life. We don’t take that trust lightly.

We work professionally and confidentially. We only ask for the information we need, agree how access and documents will be handled, and keep you in control of important decisions.

Confidentiality forms part of our project agreement. If specialist help is needed, we agree their involvement and what information they need before sharing it.

How we handle your information

Personal admin help.
Wherever you are.

From organising paperwork and an overflowing inbox to creating a photo book, we handle personal admin and organisation projects remotely across the UK.

We’re rooted between Warwickshire, Worcestershire and the Cotswolds. When a project needs us in person, we agree attendance and travel with you before work begins.

From “I really should” to “that's done”

A proper handover.
Not another thing to manage.

01

Tell us the thing

What needs doing, what good looks like, and when you need it. You don’t need to know how to get there.

02

Agree the plan

We agree what’s included, what the finished result will look like and a fixed project price. You know exactly what you’re handing over.

03

Consider it in hand

We get on with it, keep you in the loop and hand over the finished work. With the loose ends tied up.

A few useful answers.

How much does a project cost?

We quote a fixed project price after understanding the work, the outcome and the deadline. Any third-party costs are identified separately. Nothing starts until you’ve agreed the scope and price.

What if I don’t know exactly what I need?

Start with the problem. We’ll help define what a useful finished outcome looks like before quoting. If more detailed discovery is needed, we’ll agree that with you first.

Can you help in person?

Many projects can be done remotely across the UK. We’re based between Warwickshire, Worcestershire and the Cotswolds; attendance and travel are agreed where a project needs them.

Is this ongoing PA support?

Our focus is a defined project with an end point. We agree what’s included, how we’ll keep in touch and what you’ll receive when it’s finished.

What's still on your list?

A clear brief is lovely. A slightly rambling explanation is fine too.
